Agreement Signed with 16 Companies Selected for the 2024 Industry-Academia Technology Development Project
Shilla University (President Heo Namsik) I-URP Project Group has signed agreements with 16 companies selected for the '2024 Industry-Academia Cooperation Technology Development Project'.
The Shilla University Companion Animal Industry Specialized University Innovation Research Park (I-URP) Project Group recruited companies interested in technology development research in the companion animal industry in Busan last April for the '2024 New Industry-Academia Cooperation Technology Development Project', and finally selected 16 projects.
The companies that submitted the 16 projects finally selected on the 11th signed agreements with the I-URP Project Group and will receive financial and technical support to help them grow into leading companies in the companion animal industry, including prototype development, intellectual property applications, and academic paper presentations and publications.
Bae Ilkwon, head of the I-URP Project Group at Shilla University, said, "Through this I-URP Project Group technology development project, we will focus on providing differentiated support programs and research and development to strengthen the capabilities of Busan's companion animal companies," and added, "We expect that the 16 companies that signed the agreement will play a pivotal role in leading the future companion animal industry."
