Bando Construction announced on the 24th that it will begin sales of the new premium residential complex “Goyang Janghang Kaive Ubora” on the 1st of next month.
Goyang Janghang Kaive Ubora is located at 517-11, Janghang-dong, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of six buildings ranging from four basement floors to 49 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,694 apartment units and commercial facilities (from basement level 1 to ground level 2). The unit distribution by housing type includes 332 units of 84㎡A, 284 units of 84㎡B, 759 units of 99㎡A, 316 units of 99㎡B, and 3 units of 170㎡.
The apartment subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 1st of next month, followed by first priority on the 2nd and second priority on the 3rd. The announcement of winners will be on the 9th of the same month, and the official contract period will be held over four days from the 22nd to the 25th. Move-in is scheduled for July 2028.
Goyang Janghang Kaive Ubora is Bando Construction’s premium landmark large complex, designed with practical layouts that emphasize space efficiency. Each type features differentiated concepts and structures. The 84㎡A type is designed with a “Natural Modern Concept,” while the 99㎡A type features a “Contemporary Modern Concept.” It includes prime community facilities such as the “Annex Club (ANNEX CLUB)” and social specialized facilities.
This complex is the only one in the Goyang Janghang district that offers direct access to Ilsan Lake Park as if it were a backyard. It boasts excellent transportation connectivity with proximity to Madu Station on Line 3, the First and Second Jayuro Expressways, and Janghang IC. The GTX-A line section from Unjeong to Seoul Station is scheduled for partial opening by the end of this year, with the entire line expected to open in 2028, coinciding with the completion of Goyang Janghang Ubora.
Bando Construction will also introduce the commercial facility “Sigan (時間)” within the Goyang Janghang Kaive Ubora complex. It is expected to attract fixed demand from apartment residents as well as abundant demand from the Janghang district residential complex, which has approximately 11,000 households. Bando Construction plans to offer various financial benefits, including a directly managed mall (planned) featuring kid’s content, a large bookstore, and select dining to increase foot traffic, as well as a master lease plan (5-year guaranteed income plan), a safe rental support program (planned), and a contract deposit 5% annual interest support system (planned).
A representative from Bando Construction stated, “As the first complex to apply the premium residential brand ‘Kaive Ubora,’ it is expected to attract strong interest from buyers as a landmark complex in the Janghang district with differentiated design.” They added, “The brand mall ‘Sigan’ also combines explosive demand, a highly scarce location, and a strong brand, so early sell-out is anticipated.”
