One of them is Mr. B," adding, "Mr. B is a close friend of a previously exposed perpetrator. Recently, they had a golf gathering in Miryang and are also active in a badminton club."

Mr. A added that he understands Mr. B is preparing to marry a woman he met through the club.

Mr. A said that Mr. B currently works at a company in Ulsan, which has its headquarters and branches evenly distributed across the country and was selected as a 'prestigious long-established domestic company' in 2023. The company’s first-year salary is 40 million KRW, and Mr. B is estimated to be earning 80 million KRW annually with over 10 years of service.

Regarding the reason for posting the identity disclosure video, Mr. A emphasized, "My role is to keep the public’s interest continuously alive."

Netizens who watched the video responded with comments such as, "Why should someone like that live well?" "The woman (he is marrying) must have had ancestors helping her," and "He did such things to a middle school girl in Ulsan and now works there? That’s unbelievable."

The Miryang Middle School Girl Group Sexual Assault Case occurred in 2004 in Miryang, Gyeongnam, where 44 male students sexually assaulted a middle school girl over the course of a year.

At the time, the prosecution indicted 10 perpetrators who directly participated in the sexual assault, and they received probation and other measures. Additionally, 20 were sent to juvenile court or released, and 14 had their cases dismissed due to settlements.

One of the perpetrators did not receive criminal punishment, which sparked public outrage. The case inspired the film Han Gong-ju and the drama Signal. As those accused were forced to resign from their workplaces, controversy over 'private sanctions' also arose.
