Selection of Preferred Negotiation Partners for Four Private Participation Projects Including Hanam Gyosan A2BL on the 21st
7th to 12th Public Offering of Private Participation Projects Worth 2 Trillion Won to be Conducted by the End of This Month
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 23rd that it has selected the 'Daewoo Consortium' as the preferred negotiation partner for the first private participation project bid for four complexes, including Hanam Gyosan A2BL.
The four complexes are Hanam Gyosan A2BL (1,115 households), Namyangju Wangsuk B-1BL (569 households), Namyangju Wangsuk B-2BL (587 households), and Namyangju Wangsuk A-03BL (428 households).
Following the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's 'Construction Market Recovery Support Plan' announced in March, LH plans to expand the proportion of private participation projects to promote the groundbreaking of the 3rd phase new towns within the year and revitalize the construction market. By 2027, 30% of the total LH permit volume will be pursued through private participation projects.
Private participation projects are initiatives where public developers such as LH and private construction companies jointly supply public housing, utilizing private sector technology and brands to provide diverse public housing options.
The four complexes selected as preferred negotiation partners this time total 2,699 households with a scale of 741.3 billion KRW. By district, Hanam Gyosan A2BL (1,115 households · 279.9 billion KRW), Namyangju Wangsuk B-1BL (569 households · 186.6 billion KRW), Namyangju Wangsuk B-2BL (587 households · 182.1 billion KRW), and Namyangju Wangsuk A-03BL (428 households · 92.7 billion KRW).
LH plans to sign a business agreement with the preferred negotiation partner, Daewoo Consortium, in July, start construction in December, and complete it by 2027.
Including this first bid, LH will expedite the bidding for private participation projects worth a total of 5 trillion KRW (23 BLs · 18,978 households) in the first half of this year.
For the 2nd and 3rd bids conducted in March (Bucheon Daejang A5BL · A6BL, Incheon Geomdan AA19 BL), the preferred negotiation partner will be selected through evaluation on the 28th, with plans to start construction within the year.
The additional bid worth 2 trillion KRW scheduled for the end of this month (Hanam Gyosan S-11 BL · Hanam Gyosan S-11BL · Namyangju Wangsuk S-13BL · Namyangju Wangsuk A-27BL · Namyangju Wangsuk S-9BL · Namyangju Wangsuk A-25BL · Uiwang Chopyeong A-4BL · Namyangju Wangsuk S-3BL) will select the preferred negotiation partner through evaluation in August.
