Asan City Expands Cashback Support Program for Local Bookstores

10% Cashback on Book Purchases with Asan Pay

Asan City in Chungnam Province will implement the ‘2024 Local Bookstore Cashback Support Project’ starting from the 1st of next month.

Under this project, when purchasing books with Asan Pay at Chungnam-certified bookstores located within Asan City, 10% of the payment amount will be returned to the buyer as cashback, with a maximum support of 10,000 KRW per person per month.

The number of eligible bookstores has significantly increased to a total of 11, compared to 3 last year.

An official from Asan City stated, “We expect that the cashback project will help the management of local bookstores and contribute to the revitalization of the reading culture among citizens.”
