LG HelloVision, a home appliance rental business, has introduced an 'Artificial Intelligence (AI) Review Summary Service.'
On the 20th, LG HelloVision Hello Rental announced that it has launched an AI review summary service on its direct online mall to assist customers in selecting products. This service uses generative AI to summarize hundreds of reviews accumulated for each product into fewer than five sentences.
It reflects not only the pros and cons of the products but also overall service satisfaction, including comments such as "Both the technician and the consultant were kind," "The delivery was fast," and "The product installation and finishing process was thorough and satisfactory."
Park Hye-kyung, Head of Digital Marketing at LG HelloVision, stated, "Hello Rental will continue to focus on discovering trendy home appliance lineups that meet customer needs and improving services to create differentiated customer value."
Meanwhile, customers can rent various trendy home appliances from over 70 brands through the Hello Rental direct online mall, including the LG StanbyMe TV 27-inch (7,900 KRW/month for 60 months with installment payments and maximum discounts applied with affiliated cards) and the LG Whisen wall-mounted air conditioner for 6 pyeong (900 KRW/month).
Self-rental is also available without phone consultation, and benefits such as up to 36 months of free after-sales service and discounts of up to 17,000 KRW per month with affiliated cards are provided.
