Dynamic Design, a tire mold manufacturing and sales company (CEO Hwang Eung-yeon), announced that Hong Seung-mi, Director of the Gwangju-Jeonnam Regional Military Manpower Administration, visited the company's Gwangju factory on the 19th to encourage industrial technical personnel and held a meeting with CEO Hwang Eung-yeon.
Dynamic Design has been selected as a designated military service company since last year, and currently, three industrial technical personnel are serving.
Additionally, recognizing the need to nurture outstanding local talent, the company signed an industry-academia cooperation agreement with Damyang Technical High School in May, following last year's agreement with Jeonnam Technical High School. The company stated that this cooperation aims to provide schools and students with opportunities for employment activation and specialized education for local youth, while building a regional talent network, creating a win-win situation for all parties involved.
Furthermore, Dynamic Design announced that on the 11th, it was selected for the 'Global Small Giant 1000+ Project' and held a plaque ceremony and meeting attended by Cho Jong-rae, Director of the Gwangju Small and Medium Business Administration, representatives from the Gwangju Regional Headquarters of the Small and Medium Business Corporation, and the Gwangju Regional Employment and Labor Office.
During the meeting, company officials requested active cooperation from each institution to ensure efficient management activities, including domestic education and training for Dynamic Design’s local workers in Indonesia, employment of local talent, and consulting related to ESG (sustainable management). In response, the Gwangju Small and Medium Business Administration and other institutions expressed their commitment to actively support Dynamic Design in achieving its objectives.
Dynamic Design stated, “We plan to continuously show interest in and expand support and cooperation projects with public institutions to contribute to the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community contribution, while also enhancing the company’s competitiveness.”
