On the 19th, after a meeting with the Central Youth Committee, Jo Jeong-hoon, chairman of the General Election White Paper Special Committee, told reporters, "We are willing to meet former Chairman Han at any time," adding, "We have not given up hope yet." It is known that former Chairman Han has not yet responded to the special committee's request for a meeting.

A member of the special committee who attended the meeting said, "It seems likely that former Chairman Han will not respond. However, from our perspective, it is somewhat ambiguous to substitute a meeting with Jang Dong-hyeok, the chief floor spokesman," emphasizing, "I believe it would be more honest if former Chairman Han, who was at the top of responsibility for the general election, said he would not participate rather than giving no response at all." Chief floor spokesman Jang previously stated regarding the special committee's efforts to meet former Chairman Han, "The General Election White Paper Special Committee is not a special prosecutor, is it? I think it would be sufficient to meet and confirm with me, as the person responsible for practical matters who consulted and communicated with former Chairman Han on all aspects including election strategy and campaign schedules."

The timing of the white paper publication is also being coordinated with the party's Emergency Response Committee. When asked if the publication timing had been set for after the party convention, Chairman Jo replied, "I don't know yet. We are coordinating." Regarding speculation that the Emergency Response Committee decided on the publication timing after the party convention, he responded, "Have I ever agreed to that?"

Originally, the white paper was expected to be completed by mid-month, but the writing period was extended as they decided to additionally hear stories from candidates who ran or were not nominated in the Incheon and Gangwon regions. Each subcommittee of the white paper special committee will complete internal reports by the 21st. After holding a meeting with candidates from Incheon and Gangwon on the 26th, the white paper writing work will effectively be finished by the end of this month. Chairman Jo explained, "On the 21st, we will close the doors for 4 to 5 hours, collect and finalize all reports prepared by the evaluation subcommittee, and hand them over to the writing team."
