Cultivating Customized Talent to Lead Advanced Industries
The Daegu Catholic University RIS Mobility Digital Transformation Project Group and the University Job Plus Center held an information session for the 2024 Employment Competency Enhancement Program, "POSCO Employment Academy," on the 4th, targeting young people aspiring to work in production technology positions at large corporations.
Woochang Jung, Special Appointment Professor at Daegu Catholic University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, is giving a presentation on POSCO company introduction and the production technology job group.
At the session, Special Professor Jung Woochang from the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation provided a detailed introduction to POSCO, explanations about production technology job roles and the recruitment process, and information about a special employment preparation group.
President Sung Hangki of Daegu Catholic University stated, "We will continue to create opportunities for current students, graduates, and local youth to become interested in employment in advanced industries, thereby increasing the local settlement rate."
The Daegu Catholic University RIS Mobility Digital Transformation Project Group and the University Job Plus Center plan to continuously develop employment-linked programs that nurture customized talent for advanced industries and match them with outstanding related companies.
