The Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation held a 'Customer Advisory Committee' to overcome the local economic crisis and promote future growth.
On the 19th, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee announced that it held the '2024 2nd Customer Advisory Committee for Supporting Small Business Owners and SMEs in Gyeonggi Province and On-site Consultation' at the 2nd-floor conference room of its headquarters in Suwon Gwanggyo Technovalley.
The Customer Advisory Committee shared opinions and review items discussed in previous meetings and exchanged views on new policies of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee.
In particular, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee introduced new guarantee products to the advisory committee members and explained the direction of credit guarantee support for the second half of the year, including customized guarantee support by target to assist small business owners in crisis amid the emergency economic situation.
They also reported on providing sufficient guarantee supply and low-interest funds to high-credit borrowers for growth and success, as well as soft-landing support and consulting for mid- and low-credit borrowers, such as converting existing loans into installment repayment loans to overcome the crisis.
The advisory committee members deeply agreed with providing customized guarantee support by target to small business owners vulnerable to the economic crisis and requested the continued development of various policies for corporate growth, including the development of low-interest guarantee products to alleviate financial cost burdens.
The Customer Advisory Committee serves as a communication channel with residents and a policy proposal window. Since its launch in March last year to actively listen to and collect customer suggestions and strengthen resident-centered, field-centered policy support, it has been held four times in total.
Si Seok-jung, Chairman of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee, said, "I thank all the customer advisory committee members who have voiced various opinions for the development of small business owners and SMEs in Gyeonggi Province despite their busy schedules," and promised, "We will continue to become a reliable financial pillar for residents through customized guarantee support and consulting by target to overcome the local economic crisis and ensure the success of residents' businesses."
