Coloring Everyday Life with Culture... Gumi Cultural Foundation Supports Clubs and Activity Spaces

Recruitment of Participants for the Living Culture Promotion Support Project Until July 12

The Gumi Cultural Foundation in North Gyeongsang Province is recruiting participants for the '2024 Community Culture Revitalization Support Project' to support various everyday cultural activities for citizens.

This call for applications is divided into two categories: 'Support for Community Culture Clubs' and 'Support for Community Culture Spaces.' Applications can be submitted until July 12.

The support for community culture clubs is aimed at strengthening the capabilities of clubs active for less than three years, as well as supporting social contribution activities of clubs active for three years or more.

The support for community culture spaces targets private venues that plan and operate community culture programs for citizens, including programs held in culturally underserved areas.

Each recipient can receive between 1 million and 2 million KRW, and applications can be submitted in person or via email.

The city plans to hold regional business briefings to promote the project in detail. The briefings will be held three times: at Hood Coffee in Indong-dong on the 24th, Market Braise in Bonggok-dong on the 25th, and Seonsan Cultural Center on the 26th. Any interested citizen may attend, and pre-registration is available by phone or through the blog.
