Human ENT Participates in '2024 Vietnam Environment and Energy Industry Expo'... Spotlight on Eco-Friendly New Material Ceramic Deck

Human ENT announced on the 19th that it will participate in the '2024 Vietnam Environment and Energy Industry Exhibition (ENTECH VIETNAM 2024)' held in Hanoi, Vietnam, from the 25th to the 28th, showcasing its eco-friendly new material ceramic deck.

Now in its 16th year, the 'Vietnam Environment and Energy Industry Exhibition' will feature 155 companies from 4 countries, with a total of 270 booths. The exhibition mainly introduces ▲waste resource recovery ▲air environment ▲water environment ▲public sector ▲power, generation, and nuclear energy ▲renewable energy ▲eco-friendly technologies. During the exhibition, export consultation meetings, media days, and product presentations by participating companies are scheduled.

Human ENT's ceramic deck product was selected in April for the export-leading pilot procurement program conducted by the Korea Institute of Procurement Research. As part of this, it was agreed to install the eco-friendly new material ceramic deck at the Vietnam Fertilizer Verification Institute located in Ho Chi Minh City in July.

The industry estimates that the domestic market size in Vietnam could reach trillions of won due to the country's geographical characteristics. The project to install the ceramic deck at the Vietnam Fertilizer Verification Institute is part of an overseas expansion support project led by the Public Procurement Service to promote the excellence of the ceramic deck and assist exports. The Public Procurement Service directly purchases the ceramic deck, and Human ENT installs it.

Human ENT is a small but strong company established in 1994 as Cheongho Environmental Development, its parent company. It received the 'Frontier Venture Company Certification' in 2019 and the 'Promising Overseas Procurement Market Entry Company (G-PASS)' certification in 2023.

In particular, it was recognized for its excellence through performance certification by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2021 and also obtained innovation product certification from the Public Procurement Service in 2022. Currently, it is receiving numerous inquiries not only from private companies but also from public institutions and local governments.

Traditional deck materials such as natural wood or synthetic wood have consistently raised maintenance needs due to deformation, warping, and cracking caused by moisture. Additionally, they have the disadvantage of being highly flammable in case of fire and emitting toxic gases during processing, which pollutes the environment.

Human ENT emphasized, "Our ceramic deck is a high-strength deck made by mixing eco-friendly materials, followed by vacuum extrusion and curing processes under low and high-pressure steam." They added, "It has a moisture absorption rate of less than 2%, making it resistant to water and humidity, and uses non-combustible materials, so it does not burn or emit toxic gases."

Notably, its durability exceeds 30 years, producing far less waste compared to other materials. It also has the advantage of low maintenance costs, and even if waste is generated, it can be recycled as concrete aggregate, making it environmentally friendly.
