Exchange Promotes K-Derivatives Market at FIA International Derivatives Conference

The Korea Exchange announced on the 19th that it participated in the 'FIA International Derivatives Conference' held in London, UK, to promote Korea's derivatives market to global institutional investors.

The 'FIA International Derivatives Conference' is the largest derivatives conference in Europe, hosted annually in June by the FIA (Futures Industry Association). This year, the event was attended by over 1,000 participants from exchanges, index providers, and investment institutions across 30 countries worldwide.

The Exchange has selected the UK as a key region for global derivatives marketing and participates in this conference every year to conduct sales activities targeting overseas investors.

Meanwhile, through high-level meetings with Eurex, the largest derivatives exchange in Europe, and the Istanbul Exchange, the only comprehensive exchange in T?rkiye, discussions were held to establish long-term partnerships and explore new cooperative projects.

An Exchange official stated, "We plan to continuously promote the attraction of global investors to the Korean derivatives market both domestically and internationally by hosting derivatives forums for global investors and participating in international conferences."
