Since 2021, the group has also accelerated sustainable ESG management by launching an ESG committee at the holding company level.
In addition, since last year, LS has been using recycled leather fabric made from natural leather for diary covers distributed to employees and expanding eco-friendly activities in daily life, such as switching company vehicles to electric or hybrid cars.
Meanwhile, Vice Chairman Myung Nohyun participated in this challenge upon the nomination of Kim Seonghwan, CEO of Korea Investment & Securities, and has nominated Lee Kyungho, Chairman of the Sustainable Development Business Council, and Jeong Giseok, Director of the National Health Insurance Service, as the next participants.
