Jeju Samdasoo announced on the 19th that the number of members and orders for its official application, 'Jeju Samdasoo Home Delivery,' have significantly increased.


According to Jeju Samdasoo, after selecting singer Lim Young-woong as the brand model in March, the number of new customer sign-ups increased approximately fivefold over two weeks, with women in their 50s accounting for the largest proportion. During the same period, the number of orders also rose by 108.5%, and the average daily orders per new member surged about tenfold compared to usual.

The 'Jeju Samdasoo Home Delivery App' is an official mobile app launched in 2019 to enhance delivery convenience for consumers. It has gained strong customer support due to its strengths such as subscription delivery service, easy ordering methods, various benefits, and direct delivery through specialized agencies. The app has continued to grow annually, surpassing 369,000 members and 2.17 million cumulative orders as of May this year.


Gwangdong Pharmaceutical, the distributor of Jeju Samdasoo, stated, "Through the Samdasoo-exclusive app, we provide various functions such as gifting and subscription delivery so that more consumers can access Jeju Samdasoo more easily and conveniently," adding, "We will continue to prioritize customer convenience and strive for continuous service advancement."
