A car driven by a woman in her 60s crashed into a wall in an apartment parking lot in Jeonbuk. The 10-month-old baby boy riding in the car was reported to have died.

'Yonhap News' reported on the 18th that at around 12:14 PM, a passenger car driven by a woman in her 60s, Ms. A, crashed into a wall in the underground parking lot of an apartment in Manseong-dong, Deokjin-gu, Jeonju-si, Jeonbuk, resulting in the death of her 10-month-old grandson.

The grandson was rushed to the hospital in a state of cardiac arrest but ultimately passed away. In addition, Ms. A's daughter in her 30s, Ms. B, who was also in the car, was injured and is currently receiving treatment at the hospital.

The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the incident based on CCTV footage and other materials from the parking lot where the accident occurred.
