Integration of Specialized Technologies for AWS Generative AI Services
LG CNS announced on the 19th that it has obtained the AWS Generative AI Competency certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The AWS Competency program verifies the expertise of partners who build software and provide services across industry use cases and workloads. The AWS Competency program includes various fields such as cloud operations and data analytics, and the generative AI category was newly established in December last year. AWS Generative AI Competency partners play a role in helping enterprise customers adopt and support generative AI solutions.
To receive the competency certification, one must qualify as an AWS Premier Tier Partner or AWS Advanced Tier Partner. Additionally, they must demonstrate project cases where generative AI services were successfully delivered to enterprise customers.
LG CNS obtained the highest partner tier of AWS, the Premier Tier Partner status, in 2022.
Furthermore, LG CNS provided customized AWS generative AI services by integrating specialized technologies such as fine-tuning for enterprise customers. LG CNS also built a generative AI chatbot for new corporate employees in manufacturing companies.
This certification signifies that LG CNS’s generative AI capabilities have been validated by a global cloud service provider (CSP). LG CNS is recognized for having generative AI technology and business systems in place and successfully conducting various businesses. LG CNS has also obtained AWS DevOps Competency, AWS Migration Competency, and AWS Security Competency certifications.
LG CNS also has an expert organization called the 'AWS Launch Center,' which specializes in applying generative AI and app modernization technologies tailored to AWS at customer sites.
Kim Tae-hoon, Executive Vice President and Head of LG CNS Cloud Business Division, emphasized, "We will continue to provide differentiated customer value by delivering optimized AWS generative AI services tailored to the characteristics of each enterprise customer."
