After applying for the public contest by the end of June and going through the selection process in July, the project will be carried out using special grants from the Ministry of Education's local education finance and matching funds from local governments.
County Governor Yoon Kyunghee said, "Through this agreement, we will present a region-led, customized model for responsible care and student growth support," and added, "We will do our utmost to develop a special zone model tailored to the Cheongsong region."
