Visiting 'Misillan' and 'Farm&Dee', Experiencing Local Startup Success Stories, etc.
On the 13th, the Jeonnam Gokseong-gun Ilhajob Center announced that it conducted a local industry tour with students from Hanul High School.
During this tour, they visited 'Misillan,' a model case of local entrepreneurship, and the youth cooperative 'Farm&Dee,' a successful example of youth local business.
Since signing a business agreement in July last year, Gokseong-gun Ilhajob Center and Hanul High School have been working hard to develop and provide employment and entrepreneurship programs and opportunities for students.
The tour selected local businesses that have been established and operated progressively according to participants' needs and currently require staff recruitment.
The first schedule of the tour was a visit to Misillan to learn about its operational values and philosophy, tour the workplace and fields, and have a Q&A session.
They also visited the Farm&Dee Cooperative to learn about the company's values and philosophy and experience the lives of young people actually living in Gokseong.
A student who participated in the event said, "Although I live in the area, I did not know there were companies with such great values," and added, "I learned a lot through the visit and lectures, and it was a very beneficial time."
Meanwhile, Gokseong-gun Ilhajob Center operates job counseling, employment placement, accompanied interviews, employment and entrepreneurship education, industry tours, and visiting Ilhajob counseling offices, and anyone can apply to participate in the events.
