iToxsi announced on the 17th through a public disclosure that it has decided on a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 6.5 billion KRW. The payment date is set for the 27th of this month, and the allottee is Korea Certification Service.
The company raised a total of 6.3 billion KRW this year through a paid-in capital increase of 2.8 billion KRW in February and the issuance of 3.5 billion KRW in new perpetual bonds recognized as capital in May. Once the paid-in capital increase is completed, the entire 12.8 billion KRW raised in the first half will be reflected in capital expansion, significantly improving the financial structure. Stable funding will also be secured for the ongoing game projects and the Ukraine reconstruction business preparations, raising high expectations for performance in the second half of the year.
According to the company, the successful fundraising in the first half was driven by the purpose of funding core businesses that have been prepared on two tracks: the game business and the Ukraine reconstruction business. This demonstrates the market's expectations for the company's growth value.
An iToxsi representative stated, “Sales of Lasalas, launched last March, are showing strong momentum. In the second half, the launch of various new games and the company’s self-developed influencer marketing platform ‘Inflinker’ have secured an export contract with Vietnam’s VTC Intecom through domestic success cases, marking tangible results in our global expansion.” He added, “Regarding the new business currently in preparation, the Ukraine project is progressing with concrete discussions on exporting pickup trucks to the local procurement agency, as well as exporting ambulances, fire trucks, and construction special-purpose vehicles to SKS Group, Ukraine’s largest special vehicle sales company.”
