Implementation of Dynamic and Proactive Administration for Citizen Satisfaction
Changwon Facilities Management Corporation in Gyeongnam announced on the 17th that it has established and is implementing the '2024 Active Administration Action Plan' to reinvent itself as a citizen-centered leader in proactive administration.
This year's action plan focuses on strengthening the operational system under the goal of 'dynamic proactive administration that citizens empathize with and are satisfied with.'
The action plan contains 14 detailed tasks centered on six major strategies: ▲Creating a proactive administrative culture led by the CEO ▲Strengthening incentives for proactive employees ▲Expanding protection and support for proactive employees ▲Preventing and eradicating passive administration ▲Enhancing participation and communication in proactive administration, among others.
Key tasks include forming and operating a proactive administration committee chaired by the CEO, selecting proactive employees and outstanding departments, operating an immunity system for proactive administration, and strengthening education on proactive administration mindset.
In particular, in the second half of this year, a proactive administration committee with external members will be launched to encourage performance and fully serve as a problem-solving body.
Additionally, the corporation will strengthen the implementation of proactive administration in daily work through a pre-consulting system for protection and support of proactive employees, the immunity system, and litigation support.
Furthermore, the corporation will actively prevent passive administration by operating a passive administration reporting center and organizing a task force to regularly inspect the status of work processing.
Chairman Kim Jonghae said, "We will do our best to create a work environment that is active and proactive, and to establish a culture of proactive administration that all citizens can truly feel."
