Seven Eleven announced that it will release two types of convenience foods using seasonal young radish kimchi, which it usually launches during the heatwave season in July, about a month earlier than usual this year. These are 'Jongga Young Radish Bibimbap' and 'Jongga Young Radish Kalbim Noodles', developed in partnership with Daesang's Jongga. Using domestically produced young radish kimchi from Jongga, they capture the cool and tangy taste of young radish, increasing the amount of kimchi by about 60% compared to last year to add more crunchiness.

Ottogi announced the launch of its new cup noodle product, Malatang Noodles, under the mala ramen brand 'Mashulren.' The first product of Mashulren, Mashulren Malatang Noodles, features a level 2 spiciness with a numbing and spicy malatang flavor. It includes ingredients such as fuju and dried tofu skin to faithfully reproduce the taste of specialty restaurants. A QR code on the package provides additional recipe ideas. The company explained that consumers can adjust the spiciness using the included numbing mala oil or add desired ingredients according to their preference. Ottogi plans to introduce Malaxiangguo in cup noodle form as a follow-up product to the mala ramen.

Musinsa Standard announced the release of a limited edition 'Seoul My Soul' collaboration product in partnership with the Seoul Metropolitan Government. 'Seoul My Soul' is the brand slogan of Seoul City. Along with this, clothing and accessories featuring graphics of Gyeongbokgung Palace, a representative cultural heritage of Seoul, will be offered. Key products include Gyeongbokgung short-sleeve T-shirts, Seoul My Soul short-sleeve T-shirts, Seoul Arch logo ball caps, and Seoul My Soul crew socks. Among accessories, string bags, mini cross bags, keyrings, and three-fold umbrellas will also be released. Musinsa will sell these collaboration products exclusively offline at the Musinsa Standard Myeongdong store starting from the 21st.

Nongshim announced the launch of a new cup noodle product, 'Malaxiangguoli Large Bowl Noodles.' This product allows consumers to enjoy Sichuan-style mala stir-fried noodles, Malaxiangguo, in a soupy form. The company explained that it combines the sharp mala aroma based on Sichuan pepper with the savory and rich taste of pork bone broth to achieve the optimal mala flavor. Additionally, wood ear mushrooms and bok choy, which complement the mala flavor, enhance the visual appeal and texture. Like its predecessors, Pupatpongguri and Kimchi Jjaguri Large Bowl Noodles, Malaxiangguoli Large Bowl Noodles can be prepared in the microwave without discarding the water, allowing for a rich sauce taste. It also continues the brand's uniqueness with thick and chewy noodles characteristic of the Neoguri series and character fish cakes. The new product will be available nationwide at retail stores and e-commerce platforms.

Lotte Chilsung Beverage announced that actor Kim Woo-bin has been selected as the advertising model for its flagship coffee brand 'Cantata' and that a new campaign will be launched. Cantata has been renewed by applying a double drip coffee extraction method to its design. The company explained that Kim Woo-bin's sophisticated and smooth image fits well with the brand, leading to his selection as the advertising model. The campaign consists of two ads: the Cantata edition and the Contrabass edition. Under the concept 'Towards a Better Next,' the ads depict moments when drinking Cantata in various everyday situations makes ordinary breaks more special, expressed through piano and contrabass instruments. The videos can be viewed on TV, Lotte Chilsung Beverage's official YouTube channel, Instagram, and other platforms.
