Additionally, the project aims to attract young people by strengthening corporate competitiveness, introducing specialized designs, and creating rest areas for workers, thereby improving the working environment within the industrial complex.

With the selection of this project, rest areas for workers and a storytelling trail connecting the industrial complex to the coastal area will be established to provide walking paths for workers and citizens.

In particular, plans include the creation of a coastal robot cafe and the development of nighttime attractions along the coast road, so that the area can serve as a healing space for workers.

Mayor Park Dongsik stated, "We will do our utmost to transform the Sacheon General Industrial Complex into a vibrant industrial complex by improving the working environment and attracting young talent, and to greatly contribute to revitalizing the local economy by strengthening the competitiveness of the industrial complex."

Meanwhile, Sacheon City was able to be selected for this project thanks to the active support of Gyeongsangnam-do Province, including prior consultations on response strategies for the public offering project.
