On the 16th, Women DongA reported that the court has decided to commence a forced auction on two real estate properties owned by Coach Park in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. One property consists of a 1,785㎡ plot of land with a house, garage, and office facilities built on it. It is known that Park’s parents live in this house. Adjacent to it is another property owned by Park, a 539.4㎡ plot with a four-story building, which has also been put up for auction. This building was constructed in 2019 and was featured on MBC’s "I Live Alone" in May 2022, drawing attention. At that time, Coach Park said, "I personally designed and did the interior of the four-story house," and introduced it by saying, "I built the four-story building next to my parents’ house to live together with my siblings."

Both properties were acquired in 2000 by Coach Park and his father with equal shares, but were subjected to auction in 2016 due to debts amounting to about 1.3 billion KRW. The case was withdrawn in July 2017, and it is known that Park acquired all of his father’s shares that same year. However, in 2020, another creditor appeared, leading to the decision to commence a forced auction. Park filed for a suspension of the enforcement, which the court accepted, halting the auction execution, but it is reported that lawsuits regarding cancellation of ownership transfer registration and others are ongoing.

Meanwhile, the "Park Seri Hope Foundation," chaired by Coach Park, filed a police complaint against Park’s father for charges of forgery and use of forged private documents. Park’s father is accused of forging the foundation’s seal and documents during the process of submitting a letter of intent to participate in a project proposed by a company to establish international golf schools and golf academies in Taean, Chungnam, and Saemangeum, Jeonbuk. The police forwarded the case to the prosecution with a recommendation for indictment at the end of last month. Regarding this, the Park Seri Hope Foundation posted on its website, "Coach Park Seri has no plans or intentions to establish or attract international golf schools or the Park Seri International School (including golf academies and all locations nationwide such as Taean and Saemangeum)," and added, "We are preparing all possible legal responses related to the promotional activities and will do our best to prevent innocent victims from arising due to false or exaggerated advertising."
