'YOURS, More Fun Together' New Slogan and BI Unveiled
On the 17th, GS Retail unveiled the new brand identity (BI) of its flagship private brand (PB), 'Yours.' Under the new slogan "Together, More Fun Yours," GS Retail plans to reorganize the brand system and strengthen its identity.
Yours is an integrated PB brand launched by GS Retail in March 2016, the first in 17 years since 'Hambak Smile.' This BI renewal, achieved after 8 years, focused on enhancing the unique brand asset value of Yours. First, the BI is structured into two types: basic and premium, to promote systematic brand operation management. In terms of design, the original Yours symbol has been retained while changing the typeface and colors to improve visibility. This reflects the intention to continue the tradition built over years as a leading PB brand in the industry while evolving into a flexible brand.
The new BI will be sequentially applied to all Yours products, starting with the new product 'Teumsae Bigim Noodles Mini Jumbo,' and a large-scale rebranding campaign to promote the new BI is currently underway.
Lee Jeong-pyo, head of GS Retail's O4O division, said, "Based on the O4O integrated marketing strategy, GS Retail has promoted this rebranding to deliver the solid brand value unique to Yours, the lifestyle representative PB brand that accompanies customers in all shopping experiences." He added, "Through the new BI, Yours will continue to evolve as a new brand, and by conducting the rebranding campaign, we will strive to continuously introduce various differentiated PB products that provide customers with fun and enjoyment."
