Emphasizing 5 Essential Leadership Qualities a Leader Must Have
LG CNS announced on the 17th that CEO Hyun Shin-kyun conducted a 'Special Seminar by the CEO of LG CNS' for about 100 students at the International Conference Room of Seoul National University. The lecture topic was 'Leadership Needed in the Digital Age.' This lecture was organized as part of LG CNS's industry-academia cooperation efforts aimed at nurturing and securing digital transformation (DX) talent.

In the lecture, CEO Hyun emphasized that leaders in the digital age must possess five types of leadership: ▲technical expertise ▲collaboration skills ▲execution ability ▲goal achievement ▲and genuine passion that adds value to work. He also explained LG CNS's DX capabilities, which provide differentiated customer experiences to corporate clients based on technologies such as generative artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing.
In May, CEO Hyun also gave a leadership lecture to students at Chung-Ang University. LG CNS plans to continue creating opportunities for executives and DX experts to visit universities directly for lectures.
CEO Hyun stated, "To continuously strengthen competitiveness in the DX business, it is essential to discover and secure next-generation talent suited for the digital age," adding, "We will further expand industry-academia cooperation with domestic universities to intensively nurture DX experts who innovate corporate clients' businesses."
