The project site is located near Gayang Station on Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2, scheduled to open in 2028, providing a prime station-area location. KTX Daejeon Station, Daedong Station on Daejeon Urban Railway Line 1, and Daejeon Complex Terminal are also within approximately 2 km radius, facilitating easy access to both downtown and suburban areas.

Educational conditions are excellent. Nearby are elementary, middle, and high schools including Heungryong Elementary, Gayang Elementary, Dongdaejeon Middle, Daeseong Girls' High, and Donga Meister High, as well as universities such as Woosong University and Daejeon Health College. The area is rich in living infrastructure and green spaces, including Homeplus, Shinsegae Style Market, Maebong Children's Park, Uam Historic Park, and Daedongcheon Stream.

SK Ecoplant stated that future residential value is expected to rise as large-scale maintenance projects are underway nearby, including the residential environment improvement project in Soje-dong and the Daejeon Station area redevelopment promotion district, as well as Gayang-dong where the project site is located.

Prior to this win, SK Ecoplant has successfully secured multiple premium urban maintenance projects such as the Mia 11 District redevelopment project in Seoul, the Bugae 5 District redevelopment in Incheon, and the Sinbanpo 27th reconstruction in Seoul.

Song Young-gyu, head of SK Ecoplant Space BU, said, “Based on extensive experience in numerous urban maintenance projects and excellent construction capabilities, we will provide the best value to residents,” adding, “We will actively leverage this win as a foothold to secure a competitive edge in future urban maintenance projects.”
