System semiconductor company DB HiTek announced its value-up (corporate value enhancement) plan schedule on the 14th.
On the same day, DB HiTek stated in a "Notice of Corporate Value Enhancement Plan" posted on KIND, the Korea Exchange's corporate disclosure channel site, that "a corporate value enhancement plan will be established and disclosed in the third quarter of 2024."
Among companies listed on the KOSPI market, DB HiTek is the third to make a disclosure related to value-up. Previously, KB Financial Group and Kiwoom Securities had made value-up disclosures. Among KOSDAQ-listed companies, financial information provider FnGuide became the first to announce a value-up plan.
