The Korea Cable TV Broadcasting Association is an organization established to promote the distribution of cable TV broadcasting, conduct research and surveys related to cable TV broadcasting, and foster human resources. It has 142 member companies including cable TV broadcasters and has built a nationwide regional media network.

Hwang Hee-man, the chairman of the association, said, “Our association’s greatest strength is that we have a nationwide media network including viewers of each regional channel,” adding, “We will collaborate with the Small and Medium Business Corporation to spread small business support policies, revitalize the regional economy, and strengthen the public role of media utilization.”

Kang Seok-jin, the director, said, “Taking this agreement as an opportunity, we will expand promotional touchpoints targeting small businesses unfamiliar with social media and digitally vulnerable groups, contributing to eliminating blind spots in policy information,” and added, “We will continue to collaborate with related organizations to discover and promote various regionally tailored support policies and establish a foundation for innovative growth of small businesses through active communication.”
