GS Construction Consortium to Launch 'Geomdan Aterazai' Sales Next Month

GS Construction announced on the 12th that 'Geomdan Aterazai' in Incheon, constructed in a consortium with Kumho Construction, will be offered for sale next month.

Located at 484-3 Bullo-dong, Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon, this complex consists of 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 25 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, totaling 709 households. The GS Construction consortium was responsible for everything from housing design to housing project permits and the obligation of responsible completion.

The price ceiling system applies in this area. Subscription eligibility is granted as first priority to residents of Incheon and the metropolitan area who have held a subscription savings account for more than one year and meet the deposit criteria by area and size. Homeowners and household members can also apply. Move-in is scheduled for February 2027.

Near the complex, the Geomdan Hosu Park Station (tentative name), a new station on the extended Line 1 of the Incheon Subway, is planned. Various road networks such as Geomdan-Dream Road and the road connecting Daegok-dong, Incheon to Bullo District are also under construction. The Canal Complex, a waterfront commercial specialty street, and the central commercial district are planned to be located close to the complex, and residents can also use the living infrastructure of nearby Bullo District, Majon District, and Pungmu District. A cultural park of approximately 93,000㎡ is also planned to be developed within walking distance. Opposite the complex, sites for an elementary school and kindergarten are planned.

A GS Construction sales official said, "It is located in a promising area with expected benefits from the expansion of various transportation networks and infrastructure development in Geomdan New Town."
