Korea Philip Morris announced on the 13th that it will run the 'Welcome Boost' program, offering a 40,000 KRW discount on all IQOS Iluma models for new customers purchasing IQOS for the first time.

New customers who have never purchased IQOS or the IQOS Iluma series before will receive discounts as follows: the IQOS Iluma One price is reduced from 69,000 KRW to 29,000 KRW, the IQOS Iluma from 99,000 KRW to 59,000 KRW, and the IQOS Iluma Prime from 139,000 KRW to 99,000 KRW.

The Welcome Boost program will be available until the 10th of next month at IQOS direct stores and convenience stores nationwide. Trade-in benefits are also enhanced. Customers who return their existing IQOS device and purchase the IQOS Iluma One will receive a 50,000 KRW discount. This offer is available not only at official IQOS stores but also at 10,000 convenience stores nationwide. When purchasing the IQOS Iluma Prime or IQOS Iluma, customers will receive a 40,000 KRW discount each.

A representative from Korea Philip Morris said, "This is the first time a discount program like the Welcome Boost is being conducted targeting convenience stores nationwide," adding, "If you are still using conventional cigarettes, this is the best opportunity to switch to IQOS Iluma."
