EQCell, 23 Billion KRW Third-Party Allocation Paid-in Capital Increase

EQCell announced on the 12th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to raise approximately 23 billion KRW for operating funds and other purposes.

New shares amounting to 18,282,989 common shares will be issued at 1,258 KRW per share. The third-party allotment recipient is Hurim Robot Co., Ltd. (18,282,989 shares).
