Geochang County Conducts 2023 Mining and Manufacturing Survey

Geochang County, Gyeongnam will conduct the '2023 Mining and Manufacturing Survey' from the 18th of this month to the 23rd of next month, targeting businesses within the county that have 10 or more employees.

The 2023 Mining and Manufacturing Survey is a designated statistical survey conducted annually under the supervision of Statistics Korea to understand the structure, distribution, and industrial activities of the mining and manufacturing sectors. The survey serves as fundamental data for various policy formulations, and this year marks the 46th survey.

The subjects of the survey are about 50 businesses within the county that had 10 or more employees as of December 31 of the previous year. The survey covers 13 items, including ▲location ▲organizational type ▲number of employees ▲tangible assets, and will be conducted through in-person interviews by surveyors as well as smart surveys (internet, phone, etc.).
