The tourist information center provides information on Seodaemun-gu's attractions, transportation, accommodation, food, and festivals, and conducts various tourism promotion events and programs linked with historical and cultural interpreters.
Along with the opening of the 'Seodaemun Tourist Information Center Independence Park Branch,' 16 newly trained 'Seodaemun Historical and Cultural Interpreters' received their appointment certificates and began their activities. They will provide guided tours of walking courses in Seodaemun-gu, including Chungjeongno, Ansan, Sinchon, and Hongjecheon, targeting citizens.
The district established this facility following the 'Seodaemun Tourist Information Center Hongje Waterfall Branch' in December last year to build local tourism infrastructure.
