Jeonnam Nong-eochon Corporation Holds Branch Managers Meeting to Share 'Safety Management and Business Performance'

The Jeonnam Regional Headquarters of the Korea Rural Community Corporation (Head: Jo Young-ho) announced on the 11th that it held a branch manager meeting in the main conference room to review the management performance for the first half of the year.

With the participation of the head of the headquarters and 18 branch managers, they discussed the management performance and current issues of each branch, and shared information on facility management and safety management at project sites in preparation for the upcoming rainy season.

They decided to regularize pre-inspections of facilities in preparation for the rainy season and to establish a response system that can promptly act in case of facility failures caused by power outages or fires due to flooding. Additionally, at construction sites, they focused on discussing disaster and accident prevention management, including heat illness management due to heatwaves and prevention of workplace safety accidents.

They also pledged to focus on improving integrity and customer service based on empathy, especially among executives.

Along with this, Head Jo Young-ho encouraged the employees who have done their best to manage facilities and project sites on the ground despite abnormal rainfall such as heavy rain.

Head Jo said, “We need to once again check whether our direction and pace were appropriate during the first half of the year, and rather than sprinting to achieve goals, we should steadily accumulate results to achieve consistent growth. Let us faithfully perform our functions and roles on the ground to contribute to securing sustainable competitiveness in rural communities.”
