Fair Recruitment System and Culture, Successful Settlement
The Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST) has received the 'Excellent Institution for Fair Recruitment Certification' from the Korea Management Registrar (KMR) for the sixth consecutive year, and held the certification ceremony at the FKI Tower Conference Center on the 11th.
The Excellent Institution for Fair Recruitment Certification system is a program that certifies organizations that exemplarily operate fair recruitment practices focused on job competency by eliminating biased elements in hiring, based on evaluation by a professional certification body.
The evaluation consists of three main categories: ▲Recruitment System ▲Recruitment Operation ▲Recruitment Performance, and is based on a total of 59 detailed criteria.
This year, KIOST was once again selected as an 'Excellent Institution for Fair Recruitment' by receiving outstanding evaluations in all categories. Notably, among the 71 institutions certified this year, only seven, including KIOST, have been selected as 'Excellent Institution for Fair Recruitment for Six Consecutive Years,' demonstrating KIOST's leadership in promoting a culture of fair recruitment.
Lee Heeseung, President of KIOST, said, "With this sixth consecutive certification as an Excellent Institution for Fair Recruitment, we will continue to implement fair recruitment practices focused on job competency."
