The Lee Jung-han Scholarship is funded annually by the family of Lee Jung-han, a venture entrepreneur from Daejeon who passed away in an unfortunate accident, to support students in the Daejeon area.
Seol Dong-ho, Superintendent of the Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education, stated, “We hope that the students selected as Daejeon Happiness Education Scholars and Lee Jung-han Scholars will not lose their dreams and hopes, will develop their talents, and establish themselves as local talents.”
