LX Semicon Collaborates with Venture Company Neuratech to Respond to the Hyperconnected Era

On the 11th, LX Semicon announced that it recently visited Neuracom, a subsidiary of Neuratech located in Irvine, USA, and signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for cooperation in the system semiconductor business.

The two companies agreed to pursue ▲ business cooperation on existing Neuratech products ▲ joint development of competitively enhanced products ▲ planning and commercialization cooperation for next-generation products. They also decided to operate a regular meeting system to specifically implement the agreement.

Neuratech is a system semiconductor company founded in 2014 at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), a government-funded research institute. It was the first in the world to launch a Wi-Fi HaLow chip targeting the low-power long-range Internet of Things (IoT) market.

Lee Seok-gyu, CEO of Neuratech, said, "Through cooperation with LX Semicon, we expect to secure chip price competitiveness and practically expand our business in the global market through marketing cooperation."

Yoon Tae Lee, CEO of LX Semicon, stated, "In the era of hyper-connectivity, wireless connectivity technology is becoming increasingly important. We plan to collaborate with various competitive companies in this field, develop technologies, and pioneer future markets."
