'2024 Lotte All Family Day'
Over 700 Employees and Family Members Invited to Osan Talent Development Center

Lotte Holdings announced on the 10th that it held the '2024 LOTTE All-Family Day,' an event for employees and their families.
The event took place over two days, on the 8th and 9th, at the Lotte Human Resources Development Institute Osan Campus, inviting about 700 employees and their families. The participants were employees with children in the lower grades of elementary school.

Lotte showcased the Lotte Human Resources Development Institute Osan Campus, which had previously been open only to employees, to their families for the first time on this day. The Osan Campus is where Lotte employees undergo onboarding training and was renovated in 2022. According to Lotte, it was meaningful for participants to spend time with their families at the place where their connection with Lotte began.
The employee families gathered at the Human Resources Development Institute started with a quiz show related to Lotte, followed by a classical concert and magic show tailored to the children's level. During the event, parents and children were separated; parents attended lectures such as yoga and tea ceremony, while children participated in experiential programs designed to stimulate brain development and provide a sense of achievement.
In addition to the official programs, there were family-friendly events such as a family photo studio where a photographer took family photos and provided them with custom frames, face painting featuring Lotte-related logos, and caricatures using Lotte World characters, allowing all family members to enjoy the day.
Jang Eun-joo, a manager at Lotte Innovate who participated in the LOTTE All-Family Day, said, "It feels new to visit the Osan Campus of the Human Resources Development Institute, where I usually come for training with employees, together with my child," adding, "I am grateful for the opportunity to bring my whole family to the Osan Campus."
A Lotte official stated, "We prepared the Family Day to enhance employees' loyalty and pride and to provide an opportunity to share enjoyable experiences with their families in the company space," and added, "We plan to continue organizing family participation events to create a work culture where work-life balance is achieved and employees can work happily."
