The YouTube channel Pansuk announced on the 8th, "We received a tip-off call in early November 2023," and apologized, saying, "Although we received materials directly from the victim at the time, we were unable to respond immediately due to issues such as channel hacking," before disclosing the Miryang case court ruling document.

He emphasized that the document was received directly from the victim, stating, "The ruling document I have contains the list of defendants, who actually committed sexual assault, who attempted but failed, who acted as lookouts, and other facts. The ruling documents you look up by case number are different from the one I hold. This is something only the parties involved can see." He added, "I will study whether I can indirectly leak information contained in the ruling document within the bounds of the law and share that information," and said, "If any of the 44 perpetrators are wrongly accused, please report to me."

Subsequently, the ruling document was released with the perpetrators' real names redacted. The document contained all the facts of the offenses. The channel operator explained in a comment, "This ruling document is disclosed for the public interest to raise awareness of the potential risk of special rape in the future."

He also criticized another channel called Narak Bogwan-so, which reveals the identities of the Miryang perpetrators. "Narak Bogwan-so took down related videos, claiming that 'the victims do not want the perpetrators' identities disclosed,' but we received a tip from the victims that they want the issue to be publicized," he said. "If videos are taken down without authentication such as calls or KakaoTalk messages exchanged with the victims, suspicions may arise that the perpetrators pressured or bribed them," he pointed out.

In fact, on the 7th, one of the victim support organizations, the Korea Sexual Violence Counseling Center, announced, "The notice posted by YouTube channel Narak Bogwan-so stating, 'We had close conversations with the Miryang victims. There was a sincere request from the victims. I have taken down all the videos I made related to Miryang,' is not true. It falsely suggests that the videos were removed after close communication with the victims and reflecting their wishes," clarifying the facts.
