On that day, eight counselors, including five officials from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, two experts from collaborating organizations, and one Hwaseong City citizen ombudsman committee member, will conduct one-on-one on-site consultations with complainants. The main consultation areas cover all administrative fields such as housing construction, urban water resources, transportation roads, and welfare labor. Any citizen experiencing difficulties or inconveniences related to decisions by various administrative agencies, public institutions, or local governments, or those wishing to make suggestions or seek other legal consultations, can receive counseling.

In particular, during the consultation, collaborating organizations such as the Small Enterprise and Market Service and the Credit Counseling and Recovery Service will also provide consultations on small business management support, revitalization of traditional markets, gift certificate usage, credit and debt issues diagnosis, and everyday legal matters.

Consultations will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis without prior reservation. For more details, please contact the Hwaseong City Audit Office. Jang Byeong-sun, the Hwaseong City Auditor, said, "We believe that operating the Mobile People's Petition Office will help resolve the difficulties of citizens and small business owners," and added, "We hope for the active interest and participation of those experiencing inconveniences or hardships in daily life."
