Jeon Seung-il, a member of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Seo-gu Council, received the 'Local Legislative Service Award' from the Gwangju Metropolitan City Autonomous District Council Chairpersons Association (Chairman Kim Hyung-su) on the 7th.
The Legislative Service Award is given to local council members who have made significant contributions to the development of local legislation and community harmony through dedicated service in their legislative activities.
Councilor Jeon was recognized for his dedication and service with a strong sense of mission and volunteer spirit, contributing not only to the development of local legislation and community harmony but also to the advancement of the local community.
In response, Councilor Jeon stated, "I am happy to receive this award, but I was just doing what a council member should do." He added, "I will listen more humbly to the voices of local residents and do my best to serve as their representative to promote the development of the community."
