Lim Young-woong, Idol Chart Rating Ranking 1st Place for 167 Consecutive Weeks

Singer Lim Young-woong has ranked first for 167 consecutive weeks in the Idol Chart rating rankings.

According to the Idol Chart on the 7th, Lim Young-woong was selected as the top vote-getter in the Idol Chart rating rankings for the 5th week of May (May 31 to June 6).

Lim Young-woong secured 396,893 votes in the compiled rating rankings, maintaining his position at the top of the Idol Chart rating rankings for 167 consecutive weeks.

He also received the highest number of "Likes," a measure that reflects the actual size of a star’s fandom, with 38,697 likes.

Additionally, Lim Young-woong ranked first in the brand reputation index for advertising models in June, establishing himself as a blue chip in the advertising industry.

Earlier, on the 25th and 26th of last month, Lim Young-woong successfully concluded the encore performances of his nationwide tour concert ‘IM HERO’ at Seoul World Cup Stadium.

Unlike typical concerts where chairs are set up on the stadium’s grass field, this concert minimized damage to the World Cup Stadium’s turf by not allowing audience entry onto the ground and by installing a protruding stage and large LED screens, drawing public attention even before the event.

Moreover, heartwarming stories such as personally delivering melons to residents near Sangam-dong who might have been inconvenienced by rehearsal noise, and staff carrying an elderly person with mobility difficulties during the concert, became hot topics day after day.

Lim Young-woong is scheduled to release the concert live film ‘IM HERO - THE STADIUM’ THE MOVIE through CGV on August 28, recreating the passionate atmosphere of the concert on the big screen.
