Lotte Department Store Jamsil Branch Emerges as a 'Premium Audio' Sanctuary

JBL Luxury and Geneva Store Opening

Lotte Department Store Jamsil Branch announced on the 6th that it will simultaneously open stores for the world-renowned premium audio brands 'JBL Luxury' and 'Geneva'.

Adding to the 'Bowers & Wilkins' store that opened last December, Lotte Department Store Jamsil Branch has completed the largest premium audio zone in the Gangnam area, covering approximately 330㎡ (100 pyeong).

The reason for establishing the premium audio zone at the Jamsil Branch lies in the changing customer demand. The demand for premium audio, which was once considered a high-end hobby item mainly for men over their 40s, is expanding to women and younger generations. In fact, last year, half of the sales in Lotte Department Store's premium audio product category came from female customers, and the sales proportion of the 20s and 30s age group approached about 40%. Additionally, the Jamsil Branch is located near upscale residential complexes, which also contributes to the high demand for premium audio.

The newly opened JBL Luxury and Geneva stores at the Jamsil Branch are premium audio complex stores that encompass all the products desired by 'audio listeners' and incorporate experiential elements.

To commemorate the opening, various customer promotions will be held at each store. JBL Luxury will offer 10-20% discounts on popular products until the 30th, and Geneva will do the same until the 16th. When purchasing designated hi-fi speakers, a Bluetooth speaker will also be given as a gift.
