250 Housing Units for Sale, Move-in April 2026
Introduction of 'Contract Condition Assurance System'
Hanwha Construction Division is selling units in ‘Hanwha Forena Incheon Hakik,’ a redevelopment project of Hakik 4 District in Incheon.
Hanwha Forena Incheon Hakik is located at 290-1 Hakik-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, consisting of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 562 households. The number of units available for general sale is 250. Move-in is scheduled for April 2026.
Anyone aged 19 or older can sign a contract regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account or own a home. The down payment has been reduced from 10% to 5%, and a fixed first installment of 10 million KRW has been introduced to significantly reduce the initial financial burden. By paying only 5% of the down payment until move-in, the remaining intermediate payments can be financed with interest deferred loans, eliminating additional financial burdens.
The introduction of the ‘Contract Condition Assurance System’ is also noteworthy. This system retroactively applies any favorable changes in contract conditions due to changes in sales policies to existing contract holders compared to the conditions at the time of contract signing.
Hanwha Forena Incheon Hakik is located in the center of the Hakik District in Incheon, which is expected to become a brand town with about 5,000 households in the future. It is equipped with transportation, education, and convenient living facilities.
The complex provides easy access to Incheon-daero and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway via Munhak IC and Dohwa IC. It is also easy to reach Songdo International City and Cheongna International City via Michuhol-daero. Inha University Station and Hakik Station (scheduled to open in 2026) on the Suin-Bundang Line are within 2 km radius of the complex, allowing easy travel not only to Incheon but also to Seoul and Gyeonggi areas.
Additionally, Yeonhak Elementary School, Inju Elementary and Middle Schools, Hakik Elementary, High School, Hakik Girls’ High School, Inha University-affiliated Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, and Inha University are all within 1.2 km, allowing for walking commutes. Nearby facilities include Homeplus, CGV Incheon Hakik, Incheon Munhak Stadium, Seonhak Stadium, and Inha University Hospital. It is also close to the legal town including Incheon District Court and Incheon District Prosecutors’ Office. Michuhol Park, adjacent to the complex, offers a multipurpose sports field, gateball court, badminton court, children’s playground, and various rest facilities, making it ideal for leisure activities.
Forena Incheon Hakik is designed as a park-type complex with all units oriented mainly southward to maximize natural light and ventilation, and with wide distances between buildings to secure maximum landscaping space.
