At the expanded executive meeting he presided over that morning, Mayor Lee emphasized the need for a groundbreaking marriage promotion policy. He continued, "Ensure that the budget for marriage promotion grants is secured in the supplementary budget, and prepare to significantly increase the support amount next year," adding, "We must establish bold policies such as prioritizing housing supply for newlyweds."
Regarding support for startup companies, Mayor Lee said, "As the number of startups in Gung-dong increases, rents have risen significantly, so we need to expand to Wolpyeong-dong in preparation for the future," and added, "As previously discussed, prepare measures such as building a bridge from Gung-dong to Wolpyeong-dong."
