Changwon Facilities Management Corporation in Gyeongnam will conduct a special safety inspection from the 4th to the 14th to check the preparedness for heavy rainfall during the monsoon season and the management status of facilities.
This special inspection will focus on ▲ securing and operating flood control materials and equipment ▲ removal status of sediment in drainage channels ▲ risk of collapse due to landslides and debris flow on slopes, among other key areas.
Additionally, the inspection will cover various safety measures such as the maintenance of response manuals and emergency contact networks in the event of flood damage, as well as the emergency restoration system during disasters.
Chairman Kim Jonghae stated, "We will do our best to protect the safety of citizens through thorough pre-inspections to prepare for flood damage such as inundation during the rainy season."
