Chance to Enjoy Military Landmarks Blended with the Beautiful Night Sky
Gyeongnam Geochang Wolseong Space Creativity Science Museum will hold the "2024 First Half Geochang Astronomical Photo Exhibition" in the lobby on the first floor of Geochang County Office for five days from the 10th to the 14th.
This exhibition will showcase around 70 astronomical photographs, including works taken against the backdrop of various locations in the pristine Geochang County and award-winning pieces from astronomical photography lectures. Visitors can appreciate famous spots in Geochang County harmonized with the night sky, and the exhibition is expected to amplify curiosity and inquisitiveness about the wonders of the universe through diverse astronomical photos of galaxies, comets, the Milky Way, and more.
In addition, during the event period, visitors who view the exhibition and fill out a raffle ticket will have a chance to win beautiful astronomical photo gifts through a drawing held on the last day of the exhibition, the 14th.
Meanwhile, Geochang Wolseong Space Creativity Science Museum regularly provides education on astronomical photography techniques through its lectures and holds two astronomical photo exhibitions each year to promote Geochang County as a space and astronomy tourism city.
