"Feed the child" service demands 3 soups
"Will leave bad reviews if not served" threats
Order canceled in the end... "Hard to do business"
A self-employed business owner complained that they received a warning from a customer threatening to carry out a star rating attack if they did not provide a service.

On the 3rd, a post titled "Shocking Request Today" was uploaded to an online community. The self-employed author, Mr. A, began by saying, "I almost lost my mind with anger when I saw the message a customer left in the delivery request today."
In the photo posted by Mr. A, a customer requested in the delivery order notes, "Please exclude peanuts, almonds, and pine nuts from the nuts." The problem started from the next part. Customer B threatened, "Please provide 3 soups as a service since a baby will be eating them," and added, "If you don't, I will give a 1-star rating." Mr. A said, "The food was already prepared, but after seeing that request, I immediately canceled the order," and added, "The staff decided to share the prepared food among themselves. Running a business is really tough. I don't know how to handle such requests other than canceling next time," asking for advice.
Netizens who read the story responded with comments such as, "If they cared so much about the child, they should make it at home," "There are too many strange people in the world," "Soup doesn't cost that much, yet they act like beggars," "I really want to see the face of such a person," "Being out of their mind should have limits," and "If you don't have money, then don't buy food."
"Because a child will eat it..." Self-employed business owners struggle with the rise of black consumers

Meanwhile, the number of 'black consumers' who make unreasonable demands because the food is for a 'child' is increasing, causing headaches for self-employed business owners. In 2021, a netizen Mr. C, who runs a Malatang restaurant, sparked controversy by verifying that an order was placed saying it was for a child. In the photo posted by Mr. C, a customer presumed to be the child's parent, Mr. D, complained, "Before ordering, I asked for it to be made completely non-spicy because it was for a child, and I made the same request when ordering through the application (app), but a spicy dish was delivered, so I am leaving a review," adding, "They say it was made less spicy than the mild flavor, but isn't 'not spicy at all' the same as no spiciness? Was my request really that difficult to understand?" expressing a somewhat absurd complaint.
In 2018, the owner of a curry restaurant said, "Please observe basic etiquette when you come to the restaurant," and stated, "The world works by paying the set price and receiving the set items, but every day I hear requests like 'Please give a little curry for the child to eat' and 'You should say thank you, like a belly button bow.' I don't want to receive belly button bows. Don't teach begging to children who haven't even developed a sense of economy," sharply criticizing such behavior.
