Prior to the festival, the city actively communicated with local merchants to create a clean and overcharge-free festival environment, receiving positive feedback from visitors.

Traffic measures to handle the influx of vehicles at once also drew attention. The city secured and operated five parking lots for visitors' convenience and deployed about 115 parking attendants daily, including a private mobile patrol team, to manage parking systematically.

Shade tents were installed throughout the venue, and waiting lines were set up in the boarding experience area, where boarding points were guided with flag signals to enhance citizen convenience. During the event, related organizations such as the Pyeongtaek Coast Guard, Hwaseong Western Police Station, Hwaseong Fire Station, and Hwaseong Volunteer Center actively supported safety measures.

Meanwhile, boat and yacht boarding experiences were popular, selling out early during the event period. The augmented reality (AR) game and EDM performances, introduced for the first time this year, attracted many young tourists, drawing attention.

Jung Myung-geun, Mayor of Hwaseong City, said, "I thank the citizens and related organizations who participated in the Hwaseong Boat Play Festival," adding, "We will continue to do our best so that the festival, which has established itself as Korea's representative marine festival, can develop into a global festival."
